Factually, it is scientifically and naturally proven that inorder for the human body to function effectively, it requires adequate rest among other necessities. At which point the body automatically heals damaged cells.
Doctors also advise, to get at least 8 hours rest within each 48 hours period. Which is the same as going to bed every night or day or when you get to take your rest.

I also have other balms including Happy Balm, Eucalyptus Mint Balms, and Rejuvenate Balm. The base materials are the same, but I add variations of essential oils as it applies to the product. The Rejuvenate Balm has Aloe.
