Encourage your customers to leave a positive review on their purchase. The Thank You Postcards measure 5″ X 7″ and are printed on sturdy white card stock. Cards come in multiples of 24. In the personalization box, I will need your Shop URL to make the code, your business name and/or logo to add to the top and bottom of the postcard.
I WILL NOT START PROCESSING ORDER UNTIL ALL NEEDED INFORMATION IS GIVEN AND APPROVED. Processing time is the time it takes for you to approve the proof that will be sent before printing.
💥💥 💥💥 IMPORTANT>>>>>>>>> Should you not respond within 36 hours, your order will be canceled and no refund given. No refunds given on custom orders unless it is my mistake, you will need to send me back the cards (you pay the postage back) so I can verify the defect. They will be corrected and resent. The postage you paid to get them back to me will be refunded when I ship the corrected ones.

I live in Oregon and it takes a MINIMUM of 5 days to get anything across the USA; 1 to 3 days for me to make your treasure and MINIMUM of 5 days for the Post Office to get it to you. Please remember this when you are planning your event! Thanks for your understanding, I am fast getting my orders made and out to you, but the Post Office is not fast at all sometimes. We are at their mercy.
I do not work weekends as I take care of my Minister duties, it “could” take up to 10 days for your order. Please plan accordingly.
Be sure that your address is correct within your account. PayPal shipping labels and Etsy Shipping labels are created with the address you have on file. Should the address be wrong and it is returned to me, YOU will need to pay the shipping again to have it resent to you. NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING.
There will be an extra $37.50 charge on all rush/overnight shipping on orders and can only be mailed on weekdays. I will invoice you through PayPal and will mail when paid, Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

There is an alarming increase of people saying all over Social Media on deliveries of their online purchases, that they did not receive their purchases.
When I purchase a shipping label to mail your treasure to you, I use Etsy shipping or PayPal shipping services. At the time I purchase the label, an email is sent to you with a tracking number. That number is traceable about 24-36 hours after the label is created.
Please be aware that once your purchase has been delivered and it will say so on my reports and you don’t feel that you received your package, I would suggest that YOU take the tracking email with the tracking number to YOUR local Post Office for help finding it and/or check with the neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong address. Once it says “DELIVERED” on my reports, a replacement package will not be sent out. Once it leaves my office it is up to the Post Office to get it to you.

Some display samples may appear blurry, however, the finished product will be clear and sharp! Your treasure will NOT be blurry and/or have a watermark. I have had some of my images stolen and used and sold on Etsy, eBay, and other venues. To protect my images and images bought from others, I am FORCED to put watermarks on my images. The few ruin it for the many. 🙁 Watermarks will not appear on the finished product, however, our website will be on it in a non-conspicuous place.

All products are printed on and lovingly hand cut ✂ out of sturdy card stock paper or presentation/brochure paper depending on the product.
The flat bookmarks are laminated and a hole is punched at the top for ribbon or cord of your choice (not included).
The water bottles and cupcake wrappers are NOT laminated as it makes them too stiff to bend as needed to wrap around the cupcake or water bottle. Water bottle labels are not waterproof.
✔ Mix and match all of your Candy Bar Wrappers, Sucker Wrappers, Matchbook Covers, Water Bottles, & more to have a coordinating look to your get together. Search the keywords in the title and all coordinating and/or matching products will show.
✔ Some of our products will be partially assembled to be able to ship flat to save from crushing and lessen the cost of shipping. All you will need to finish the assembly is a glue stick, scotch tape or a glue gun. A glue stick works the best for most items.

We can do your custom work also; just send us your picture or graphic in PNG format (transparent background) in an email. A proof will be sent before printing. No refunds on approved proofs once they are printed. Should the mistake be ours we will redo them at no additional charge. Take a picture of the mistake and send it to us. We will advise you what to do with the wrong ones; either send them back or keep them.
You must have permission use to graphic and or image, and by doing so, you are also giving us permission to use said logos/images so there are no copyright infringements involved. Cuppers Candy Wraps WILL NOT be held liable for any such infringements you send us and giving us permission to use. By sending them to us, you are giving us permission to use with no legal or illegal infringements. We also reserve the right to post the finished product online for our promotional advertising products without further permissions.
🎨 Please keep in mind that all monitor settings and printers and ink lots are different and colors may vary a little in hues from the finished product.
We do not sell our images, designs, etc. as a PDF, JPG, or PNG. Finished products only; Unless it is a digital product that we are listing. Digital downloads cost more, but you can print as many as you need. Just email me and ask for a listing be made for a digital download if I am able to do so. Some products I bought have a license that I purchase also, and I cannot do a digital download via their terms.
Cuppers Cupboard uses different designers for some of our products. We do not create all of them, however, all printing, cutting, and assembly is done by us. Some of the designers we use are Graphics by MUJKA, Delightful Doodles, Digiscraps, graphics and/or backgrounds, PrettygrafikDesign ©, and ‘All Sweet P’s’ creations owned by Sonya New, and works of Paula W, and others. Sonya & Paula’s files are used with special permission and may not be used by anyone else without written permission from them.
