In reality nothing is better suggested than a good nights rest.
Factually, it is scientifically and naturally proven that inorder for the human body to function effectively, it requires adequate rest among other necessities. At which point the body automatically heals damaged cells.

I use high quality essential oils and organic beeswax, coconut oil, as well as high quality Vitamin E and Sweet Almond Oil

I also have other balms including Happy Balm, Eucalyptus Mint Balms, and Rejuvenate Balm. The base materials are the same, but I add variations of essential oils as it applies to the product. The Rejuvenate Balm has Aloe.
